Events at ACNW are designed around fun!
To attend an event you’ll need a ticket for ACWest, which are be available to purchase in advance, or from the ticket desk. All events are free to attend and you can just turn up on the day, unless stated otherwise.

Come along to learn and play Crokinole. After the Friday session you will be able to sign up for Saturday’s tournament if there’s still spaces available.
Belgian Beer Tasting with Mark
Fri, 8pm | Reynolds Bar at Holiday Inn | £18 | 18+ only, pre-registration required
Journey through the gamut of Belgian beer with Mark, sample various styles, including some weird and wonderful brews.
Please note, this event is held in the Reynolds Bar at the Holiday Inn, not at the Telford International Centre.

Now a staple of AireCon events, come along to play these games where we’ve completely ignored the upper player limits and you’ll be competing against the whole room.

NTF - National Tableflipping Tournament
Sat, 4.30pm | Outside main entrance | FREE to watch, 50p per ticket to bet
The NTF Gladiators return to the arena once again for the National Table Flipping Tournament. Six gladiators that will be competing to see who can flip that table the best, all under the watchful eye of Ref Cooke.
You'll be able to place bets on who will win by dropping tickets into buckets matching the gladiator. From the winning gladiator's bucket a random ticket will be drawn and that person will win some ace games.
If you’d like to apply to take part as a Gladiator, contact Mark.
SothAireby’s: Board Game Auction
Sat, viewing from 5.30pm, auction from 6.30pm | Newport Suite 2
Come along to one of the most prestigious board game auction houses in Telford and you may grab yourself a bargain.
You will be able to register games for sale in advance soon, check back for details. AireCon will then sell your game(s) on your behalf for a small commission of 10% rounded up.
To bid on games, just turn up and you’ll be given a number to bid with. Viewing of the lots is possible 1 hour before the auction starts.

In the ACWest RPG Zone sponsored by Goodman Games you’ll be able to try some of their games for free. There’s also a selection of other games available to play, hosted by experienced GMs, for just £3.
